Our Holistic Approach
My interest in health and wellness really began in my early twenties. In college, I really go into going to the gym and working out. I found that not only did I look amazing, I FELT amazing - and that’s what caught my attention. I noticed that the more I pushed myself physically, the clearer and better I felt mentally and emotionally.
I then brought this curiousity to what I was eating. I found that when I ate real, whole I foods I had more energy, my skin was clearer, I looked and felt better. I also began to really pay attention to what I was feeding my mind - the thoughts that I was thinking, what I was reading, what I was listening to. I found that it all matters. It was then that I adopted a holistic approach to life.
Fast forward to my late twenties when I started MRFP. I knew from the very beginning that I wanted to bring this holistic approach to my business. At the end of the day, I don’t just want to design pretty interiors. I want to design spaces that impact my clients on multiple levels: physically, mentally and emotionally. I want to empower our clients to make positive changes in their lives.

“I feel as if I stepping into a spa,” our client recently remarked. “It’s just so peaceful and elegant.”
